At this moment, a question may arise: &#8220;What sender address should I use and where should I provide it for such messages?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the following post, we will explain this issue based on examples of the most popular contact forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:63px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WooCommerce (WordPress)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In one of the most popular e-commerce plugins, WooCommerce, to configure the sender address, you need to select <strong>WooCommerce > Settings > Emails<\/strong> from the menu on the left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.smarthost.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-42-1024x413.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12005\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, at the bottom of this tab in the <strong>&#8220;Email sender options&#8221;,<\/strong> you need to enter your <strong>&#8220;From&#8221; name<\/strong>, which could be the name of your website and the <strong>&#8220;From&#8221; email address<\/strong>, which will be the email address displayed as the sender of all messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.smarthost.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-43-1024x423.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12009\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em><strong>Note!<\/strong> It is important that the email account entered in the second field is created within the domain of your store. Otherwise, if you enter an account from a domain like @gmail.com, @outlook.com, your emails may be rejected by recipient servers due to the lack of authorization between the email address and the domain of your store, as well as the sending server.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:63px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PrestaShop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Configuring the contact form in PrestaShop is equally intuitive. After logging into your store&#8217;s backend, navigate to <strong>Configure > Shop Parameters > Contact<\/strong>. Then, select the <strong>Stores<\/strong> tab.
